Buy Now, Pay Later Payment Plans

Total Body U Want offers several Buy Now, Pay Later payment plans. To choose the best service for your needs, please refer to the descriptions and FAQ for each service below.

 

Lay-Buy : 

Lay-Buy is a payment service through PayPal. When choosing Lay-Buy in checkout, you will be presented with a payment plan where you get to select the down-payment % to pay today, and how many monthly installments you need to pay-off the balance. You will then be redirected to the PayPal website, where you will pay your down-payment and the payment plan will be created. Payments will be made automatically through either your existing PayPal account or through the card used for down-payment.

Is it safe & secure? All LAY-BUY payments are automatically setup in PayPal
Can I select the down-payment % I want to pay? You will be presented with a dropdown to select the down-payment you want to pay
Can I select how many months I need to pay-off the balance? You will be presented with a dropdown to select how many monthly installments
Are there any ongoing costs? No ongoing costs - only a once-off admin fee. Admin fee amount depends on order value
Are there any interest charges? No interest charges, ever
Are there any late fees? No late fees, ever
When do I receive my product(s)? You will receive your order after final payment
How are Lay-Buy installment payments made? Lay-Buy installment payments are auto-paid from your linked card in your PayPal setup
Can I manually make payments towards my Lay-Buy order? No - all Lay-Buy payments are automated via a recurring profile in your PayPal setup
How do I ensure all Lay-Buy installments are paid? Take note of the automated payment dates and ensure funds are available on the payment date
Can I pay my Lay-Buy purchase early? Yes - please contact store to revise your payment plan
What happens if a payment is missed? PayPal will then auto-attempt after 5 days of the missed payment, and again after 10 days from the original missed payment
Will I be notified of a missed payment? Yes, PayPal will send an email notification 
How do I catch up on a missed payment? You will be invoiced by the seller for missed payment
Can I see my payment plan? Yes - log into your PayPal account >> settings >> payments >> pre-approved payments

 

 Sezzle :

The Sezzle app allows you to purchase items for layaway with several interest-free payment plan options for you to choose from. When choosing Sezzle at checkout, you will be redirected to your Sezzle app where you will enter payment information. Unlike Lay-Buy, you may be subject to late fees due to missed payments but there is no initial cost to use this service. Sezzle may also do a soft credit check before approving the purchase, but it will have no impact on your credit score.

QuadPay :

QuadPay is our final payment plan option, allowing you to make 4 interest-free payments on your purchase over the course of 6 weeks. Similar to Klarna, QuadPay is free to use when payments are made on time but will charge a $7 late fee on missed payments. QuadPay may also do a soft credit check to approve spending limits, but will have no impact on your credit score.

How can I contact QuadPay? If you have an issue with your payment (unable to make a payment on time, lost/stolen credit care) please contact support@quadpay.com directly and you will recieve a response within 24 hours 
How can I check my order? You can check your order, update payment details, and make additional payments by logging into your QuadPay account at http://customer.quadpay.com/
What does it cost to use QuadPay? There is never a cost to QuadPay when payments are made on time
Are there late fees? QuadPay charges a $7 late fee on payments that are overdue. QuadPay reserves the right to charge a further $7 fee if the payment remains unpaid 7 days after the payment was due. Late fees on any individual order will never exceed $14.
Is there a hard credit check? No. QuadPay never preforms a hard credit check and there is no impact on your credit rating by using QuadPay.
 How do refunds work?

As soon as the merchant approves and processes a refund for a customer that has checked out with QuadPay, the refund will be immediately processed. 

If the refund is in full, the customer will have any funds paid-to-date refunded immediately to their card and all installments will be closed.

If the refund is partial, the refund amount will be applied to the total purchase amount, starting with the last installment.

What payment types are accepted through QuadPay? QuadPay accepts all U.S. credit and debit cards including American Express and Discover. However, QuadPay cannot accept credit or debit cards from overseas or pre-paid debit cards.
Who can use QuadPay?

In order to have a QuadPay account, you must:

Live in the U.S.

Be at least 18 years old

Have a valid and verifiable mobile number

Use a U.S. credit or debit card to make a purchase

Why was my purchase declined?

QuadPay assesses multiple information points about customers and their purchases to algorithmically determine customers' eligibility to use their service. QuadPay undertakes this assessment independently of their retail partners.

Can I change a payment date? Customers can request to move a payment date by contacting support@quadpay.com. Please note that it can take 24-48 hours for the update to be reflected.
Is there a limit to how much I can spend on QuadPay?

QuadPay does not approve every order. QuadPay's automated system takes into account various factors to determine whether customers are approved and what spending limit we can provide you with.

QuadPay will charge 25% of the purchase amount at the time of the transaction. If you don't have this amount available, the order will not go through. 

If you are a repeat purchaser and have made all prior repayments on time, there is a good chance that you will receive a higher spending limit than a new customer.

If you have multiple orders that are not fully repaid with QuadPay, it can help to pay off remaining balances in advance. This can often increase the amount you can spend.

QuadPay also looks at the total value of orders and can deny transactions if you exceed certain limits.

Why has my card been charged multiple times?

This is typically because the wrong zip code has been entered. When this occurs, your bank may hold the funds as pending temporarily. Importantly, in this instance, you have not been charged that amount and it will be reversed shortly.

What information does QuadPay need from a customer?

For initial sign up, QuadPay only requires your date of birth, mobile number, and either a credit or debit card. After that, we only need you to enter your mobile number to make a purchase through QuadPay. 

QuadPay is completely secure.
